American University of Beirut is the best ranked group in Lebanon in step with the Webometrics Ranking of Top Colleges and Best Universities of Lebanon. It is also one of the worldwide's pinnacle four hundred universities, ranked 351st globally within the THE-QS World University Rankings? 2009.
Founded in 1866, the American University of Beirut is a education-centered research university. It emerge as granted institutional accreditation in June 2004 by using the usage of the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools in the United States.
